You agree to use ZMatrix services:

- Without attempting to circumvent or reverse engineer our technology

Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable and continuous service, ZMatrix does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

- Make emergency updates to address security concerns
- Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- Suspend service for violations of these terms
Intellectual Property
All ZMatrix technology, including our Ring 0 kernel-level sandboxing architecture, documentation, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our software without authorization
- Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
- Attempt to replicate or reverse engineer our technology
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
Limitation of Liability
While ZMatrix provides robust kernel-level security, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats. Our service is provided "as is" and ZMatrix shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from service interruptions
- Security breaches beyond our control
