Service Usage

You agree to use ZMatrix services:

  • In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • For legitimate security and protection purposes only
  • Without attempting to circumvent or reverse engineer our technology
  • Without interfering with other users' access to the service

Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable and continuous service, ZMatrix does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Make emergency updates to address security concerns
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Suspend service for violations of these terms

Intellectual Property

All ZMatrix technology, including our Ring 0 kernel-level sandboxing architecture, documentation, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our software without authorization
  • Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
  • Attempt to replicate or reverse engineer our technology
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Limitation of Liability

While ZMatrix provides robust kernel-level security, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats. Our service is provided "as is" and ZMatrix shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from service interruptions
  • Security breaches beyond our control

Enterprise Agreements
